5. Form 6 and Form 7 access was not allowed by the Election Commission, thereby preventing detection of any fraud in that.
What was found on investigation?
- Review of the electoral roll allegedly revealed 5,21,619 duplicate voters, 93,174 invalid addresses, and 19,26,351 bulk voters, indicating a fraud in approximately 25 lakh votes.
- Photo of a Brazilian model named Larissa appeared 22 times in the electoral roll, at 10 different booths in Rai assembly. Same photo in electoral roll of different booths indicates a centralized operation.
- Same photos were present in the list for multiple individuals. Photo of a woman appeared 223 times in the Electoral roll of two polling booths.
- Mismatch of photo of the individual with the name, age and gender mentioned in the electoral roll was found multiple times.
- The electoral roll showed the same house number appearing multiple times in electoral roll of individual booths. Hose no. 150, a BJP leader’s house in Palwal had 66 voters, house no. 265 had 501 voters, and house no. 1904 in Rai constituency had 108 voters. All these voters could not be traced physically by the investigating team.
- Fake and blurred photos appeared multiple times in Electoral roll of multiple booths.
- Multiple duplicate entries were found in the electoral roll, despite the Election Commission having software to remove duplicates.
- Many individuals were voters in both UP and Haryana. It included Mr. Dalchand of BJP and his son Yashveer, and Mr. Prahlad, a BJP UP Sarpanch.
- A massive 3.5 lakh voters were deleted before the Vidhan Sabha elections.
- Mr. B Gopalkrishnan, Kerala BJP VP, had once said that they will make massive additions to the constituency they intend to win, even if that involved bringing people from Jammu & Kashmir.
What was the response to these revelations?
- No explanation by the Election Commission.
- No explanation by the BJP.
- No questions by the media to the Election Commission or the BJP leaders.
- The media has not taken the matter as seriously as they should have. Prime time debates did not highlight this matter. Probably because they already believe that the Election Commission and the BJP are in collegium, and there is nothing surprising in this as all this is allowed.
- No cognizance by the judiciary.
- No protests against the Election Commission.
What can we deduce from this?
- The elections in India are not fair.
- The Election Commission is helping BJP in winning the elections.
- The media doesn’t hold the Election Commission accountable.
- The judiciary is overlooking all these vote fraud and unfair means of elections.
- The BJP is using unfair means to win elections.
- The people are ignorant.
